The Platte PEER Group is celebrating 20 years this year, and with that comes a great time to reflect on our accomplishments and plan for the future. 

The Dark Island Trail has come a long way in 20 years. Starting as an abandoned railroad, it is now a beloved trail for many communities to enjoy thanks to committed volunteers and donors like you. Our hope is that with enough support, we can continue the expansion of the trail, as well as maintaining the existing portions. 

Your donations will help:                        

• Continue to resurface the trail as grant funding and donations allow
• Enhance the trail south of Marquette
• Continue Taco Rides, and support hiking, biking, and running events
